If you enrol in a Supercharged Health coaching programme, additional terms contained in your Client Agreement will apply.
Where there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed Client Agreement relating to coaching services, the Client Agreement will take precedence in relation to those services.
2. Nature of Supercharged Health
Supercharged Health provides coaching, education, accountability and lifestyle/performance support.
Our services may include:
individual coaching;
group coaching;
Lifestyle and behavioural education;
personalised planning;
exercise and movement guidance;
accountability;
progress tracking;
educational materials; and
ongoing programme support.
Supercharged Health does not provide medical diagnosis or medical treatment.
Nothing on this website or within our coaching programme should be interpreted as medical advice or as a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
3. No Medical Claims
Supercharged Health does not claim that its services diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease or medical conditions.
References to energy, strength, focus, recovery, resilience, performance, habits or wellbeing describe the areas our coaching may seek to support and do not constitute guarantees of a particular health or medical outcome.
If you have a medical condition, symptoms, injury or concerns regarding your health, you should seek appropriate medical advice.
You should not stop or alter prescribed medication or medical treatment because of information obtained through Supercharged Health without first consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
4. Individual Results
Every person is different.
Results may vary according to factors including starting point, health status, circumstances, consistency, participation, lifestyle, age and factors outside the control of Supercharged Health.
Testimonials, case studies and descriptions of individual experiences represent those individuals' experiences and do not guarantee that another client will obtain the same or similar results.

We take reasonable care when preparing information published on this website.
However, general educational information cannot take account of every visitor's individual circumstances.

Our paid coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 or over.
We reserve the right to decline an application where we reasonably believe that the programme is unsuitable for the applicant or that their needs fall outside the scope of our coaching services.
7. Applications and Consultations
Submitting an application or attending a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into a Supercharged Health programme.
The purpose of the application and consultation process is to determine whether there appears to be an appropriate fit between the prospective client and the programme.
Neither party is obliged to proceed unless a programme is subsequently agreed.
8. Fees and Payment
Fees, payment schedules and payment methods for paid coaching services will be communicated before enrolment and confirmed in the Client Agreement.
You must pay fees in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund provisions applicable to a paid programme will be set out in the Client Agreement.
Any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights applicable to you remain unaffected.
Where you expressly request that services begin during a statutory cancellation period, any consequences of that request will be explained during enrolment where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content and materials provided by Supercharged Health are owned by or licensed to Lui Do Nascimento.
This includes, without limitation:
The Supercharged Health System
The 5 Secret Steps to Supercharged Health
training materials;
videos;
worksheets;
frameworks;
methods;
graphics;
written content;
tracking systems;
course materials; and
other proprietary resources.
Your enrolment gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use programme materials for your own personal purposes.
You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, teach, license, commercially exploit or provide these materials to third parties without prior written permission.
11. Website Use
You must not use this website:
unlawfully;
to interfere with its operation or security;
to attempt unauthorised access;
to distribute malicious software;
to copy protected materials unlawfully; or
in a manner that infringes another person's rights.
12. Third-Party Services
